Our Parent-Child program is a series of 6-week sessions for parents and their young children (drop-in available if space allows). This Program provides parents with insight and practical tools for the task of raising children. Parents accompany their children to a morning session filled with activities of creative play, song, verses, movement games, stories and puppet plays, baking, painting, and snack. Activities are presented in a rhythmical way to ensure that children feel comfortable and secure. Working together, parents have an opportunity to discuss topics that relate to parenting and education. Often, articles on Waldorf education are sent home so that families can learn more, complementing their experience.
